130lbs So. Louis Schwartz vs. Jr. JuJu Drummond (18-7) 1st period Drummond quick takedown, tightwaist armbar for 3 quick backs. Schwartz struggles back to base. Drummond rides out the period ahead 5-0. 2nd period Drummond chooses top, throws in grapevine and works power half, turns Schwartz again, almost pins but Schwartz slips back to base, 3 backs awarded. Drummond loads up the half but the ref calls stalemate. On restart Drummond flattens Schwartz gets the leg in and hooks up a cradle as the clock runs out. Drummond 8-0 3rd period Schwartz chooses neutral, they lock up, flop around like fish and drummond comes out on top for the takedown, , gets thbe arm bar in quuick and turns Schwartz, fior 3 backs, releases him and then gets the arm again for 3 more backs and the Tech fall. 135lbs Jr. Jake Stout (18-8) vs. Sr. Mike Biase 1st period Very busy all over the mat trying to lock up, Stout locks up and shrugs Biase for takedown at the edge and out. On restart Biase stands and gets out quickly. Stout catches Biase again in a similar move for another takedown at the edge, they go out and Stout holds onto a leg to end the period ahead 4-1 2nd period Biase chooses down, optional start lets Biase out. they lock up in the center. struggle for hand control, Biase shrugs but can't get the single. Stalemate to center of mat Biase fakeds a shot, they lock up then release, lock up again and fight for hand control they go out and restart at neutral. lock up again, both try to spin a move and they go out. Neutral restart and period expires Stout 4-2 3rd period Stout chooses down, abd explodes for an escape. they lock up and fight for hand control. back and forth fighting for hand control in the middle of the mat, neither wrestler shooting....they go out and restart neutral, Stout shoots and gets the single and the take down at the efge and out. on restart Biase explodes out and fights off another takedown. Stout 7-3 Easton 5-3

140lbs Sr. Jake Wandler (12-12) vs. Sr. Braylin Williams (23-3) 1st period Williams aggressive goes righh after Wandler who avoids the sweeps and shots. Williams fakes a shot brings Wandler to his knees in defense then Willaims jumps behind for TD. they go out and on restart Williams makes little effort to prevent the escape. Williams locks up above wandler as if he is going to throw the cement mixer but the ref calls stall on Wandler. Williams 3-1 2nd period Wandler defers Williams takes down. Williams escapes and almost gets a spinning takedown but Wandler steps away from it. =Williams keeps trying to get hand control but wandler fights it off well, locking up or tying up Willaims hands. Williams almost gets henind near the edge but they go out. Williams 3-1 3rd period Wandler takes down, tries to escapre but Williams runs him out of bounds. Willaims rides on top trying to get the arm bar tilt, but Wandler fights it off well. they go out and on restart Wandler gets a caution. on restart Wandler gets up and out and they drift out of bounds. On restart Williams dives right in for the TD and then cuts Wandler. they go out and restart. Willaims charges Wandler who backs up and gets another stall call to give Willaims a point. Williams takes Wandler down again and releases him, then does it again. for a 10-4 win. Williams 10-4 Easton 8-3

145lbs So. Mike Wechsler (12-9) vs. So. Colin Dailey (22-8) 1st period On start Dailey gets a single and fights from underneath but Wechsler gets the TD from top. they roll around and out. on restart Dailrt almost reverses, then Weshler rolls him back and Dailey escapes. Wechsler 2-1 2nd period Dailey defers, Wechsler takes neutral, they lockup.....go out and resatart. Wechsler shrugs and gets Dailey for a Td to his back but Dailey rolls thru without backs awarded. they roll out and restart. Wechsler rides out the period 4-1. 3rd period Dailey takes top, gets legs in and goes to work on hand control and trises to turn Wechsler but canlt immediatly, then he gets aunder Wechsler but maintains top control and gets back on top. they go out and restart, caution on Wechsler, on restart Dailey gets poer half in biut too late. Wechsler 4-1 Easton 8-6

152lbs So. Ken Seier (?) vs. Jr. Jules Knighton (14-10) 1st period Knightoon goes right after Seier, gets the arm bar rolls him adn exposes him for 5, gets top control and almost pins him to but Ref won't award...Knighton rearranges and gets him over again in a headlock and gets another 3 backs, rearranges and rolls Seier again for 2 more backs as the period expires Knighton 10-0 2nd period Knighton takes top and rolls Seier right over for 3 more, then Seir escapes and Knighton takes him down again to his back for 2. Knighton TF 2:48 17-1 Easton 13-6

160lbs Jr. Marcus Wilson (17-7) vs. Fr. Joe Piro (16-12) 1st period Wilson gets quick TD and Piro pulls him out, restart Piro wiggles out for esccape. they go out and restart neutral. Wilson takes a shot and Piro backs up and gets stall call. Wilson just misses TF at the buzzer. Wilson 2-1 2nd period Pirodefers, Wilson takes down and escapes. they lock up and go down to the map and nothing stalemate. restart and Wilsonm gets in deep and drives Piro out. restart and they lock to mat and stalemate again. restart Wilson gets a leg bit can't pull it in as Piro collapses down. stalemate, restart Piro goes after Wilson they go out, Piro gets a stall call giving Wilson a point. Wilson 4-1 3rd period Piro takes down, and Wilson gives optional start escape. Piro tries for a single, Wilsom blocks the armpit. Wilson shoots and gets a double but Piro rolls over him and almost gets his own. then Wilsom gets a TD and takes Piro to his back for 3 bpts. He lets Piro up, and they go out. on resart Wilson drives a single to the edge for a TD and they go out. on resart nothing happens. Wilson maj dec 11-3 Easton 13-10

103lbs Fr. Josh Yurasits (15-8) vs. So. Jordon Oliver (28-0) 1st period Oliver gets quick TD, locks up cradle and gets fall in 0:36 Northampton 31-19

112lbs Fr. Shane Fenningham (20-8) vs. So. Kegan Handlovic (10-9) 1st period first shot goes to Hnadlovic, but they go out. upper body battling for hand control. Fenningham gets a late single but can't convert. 0-0 2nd period Handlovic chooses bottom, reverses Fenningham and they go out. Fenningham escapes on restart. Handlovic gets in on single, can't convert. Handlovic gets deep on a double for the TD. works for the arm underneath tries for a cradle, then back to the arm and they go out, on resatrt Fenningham stands and they go out. Handlovic controls restart and they end with handlovic up 4-1 3rd period Fenningham takes down. handlovic controls the wrist, from the side, Fenningham gets the escape and handlovic takes him right back down again and they go out. on restart Handlovic cuts him, and shoots for a single but Fenningham collapses on it. they go out and on restart Handlovic gets another double and wins 8-3 Northampton 31-22

119lbs Fr.. Jimmy Sheptock (19-7) vs. Jr. Brandon Veres 1st period late shrig TD for Veres to end the period. 2-0 2nd period Sheptock defers, Veres takes down and escapes. They exchange failed single legs. Sheptock shoots and Veres backs up and gets banged for the stall. Veres 3-0 3rd period Sheptock takes down. Veres controls hands underneath and keeps moving...crowd looking for bottom stall.....Sheptock almost gets up and gets taken right back down. Ref bangs Veres again for nothing on top....crowd goes nuts.....Veres rides out the period for 3-1 win Northampton 31-25

125lbs Sr. Chris Weiller (17-5) or Sr. Russ Souders (26-2) 1st period nothing worth noting. 2nd period Souders chooses top, Weiller escapes, souders shoots Weiller blocks. Weiller shoots and gets the leg but time runs out. Weiller 1-0 3rd period Weiller takes neutral. hand fight the whole period, exchanged failed shots..... Weiller 1-0 Northampton 34-25
